Our Scholarship
The Rondo’s Opus Music and Mental Health Scholarship is awarded to a couple graduating seniors each May. The winners of the award are chosen from essay submissions on the importance the fine arts have on our society, and what we can do to help end the mental health stigma in rural communities.

At Rondo’s Opus, we believe music has the power to transform lives. Our mission is to provide an inspiring environment to learn music, with a special focus on the guitar.
We recognize and promote the important connection between music and mental health and aim to spread our love of music to our small community and beyond.
Our Owner
Marcus Rondestvedt lives in Lisbon, ND with his wife LaTina and boys Camden and Rivers. Marcus studied Music at the University of Jamestown and is passionate about music and the importance of mental health. It is his goal to build a strong musical community in his hometown and beyond.
